Nationals 2022 Recap!

This past weekend, Georgetown Mock Trial made program history when we had TWO teams compete in AMTA’s National Championship Tournament! It’s also the first time that a B or C team from GUMT has qualified for Nationals!

Our B team faced strong competition, hitting Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, University of Florida, Washington University St. Louis, and Emory! A special shout-out to captains Elisabeth Cajurao and Adam Hamdan for leading their team to an amazing season!

Our C team finished with an impressive 5-7 record, placing 13th in their division and top 30 overall. They faced some amazing teams, hitting UVA B, UC Irvine, and the top-2 ranked teams in the nation, UMBC and Yale A! Special shout-out to captains Sandra Polanco and Matt Shin for leading their team to a historic season!
